ur course covers 175 acres across well-conditioned bent grass greens and rolling bermuda fairways. Stretches of cedar split rail fence and hundred-year-old stone walls help create a peaceful retreat.
The course layout consists of 6,800 yards from the longest tees to make for a challenging par 72. It features 4 sets of tee boxes to accommodate any skill level. The course offers a pleasant challenge to all players regardless of the level of playing ability.
Over the last 8 years, I've played at some of the most pristine and prestigious golf courses in Virginia, North & South Carolina, and Tennessee. However, Cedar Crest Golf Club manages to be my favorite course that I've played. It was perfectly manicured, reasonably priced, and provided countless fun holes of golf.
I think i have found my new favorite place to golf. The clubhouse alone, is relaxing, with its outdoor covered patio with ceiling fans and a two fireplaces for cold days. The staff is friendly and helpful. The course is super clean, with ball washing stations through out the course. The greens are extremely well taken care of. My favorite part was that we barely seen other people around, because of the way the course is laid out.
